Once you enter the change, your request will be forwarded to one of our service representatives for processing. All change requests received before 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, except holidays, will be processed the same day. This online tool allows clients to request changes outside of normal office hours. Once a change is processed you will receive a confirmation from one of our staff. Please remember no coverage is bound, changed, or issued, until you receive a confirmation that your request was processed.
